coordination
More Than a Decade of Experience
Our coordination service provides comprehensive support to companies in the welding industry, ensuring full compliance with industry-specific standards. We guide clients through regulatory requirements, help implement best practices, and contribute to the creation and review of technical documentation to ensure consistent quality and adherence to regulations.
Materials We Work With & Their Characteristics:
Duplex & Super Duplex Steels
Strong corrosion resistance, but requires careful control of heat input to prevent the formation of brittle phases. Ideal for use in highly corrosive environments, such as oil and gas pipelines.
Carbon Steels
Versatile and strong, with high workability. Preheating may be required for thicker sections to avoid cracking. Commonly used in construction and manufacturing.
Stainless Steels
Excellent resistance to corrosion, though controlling heat input is essential to avoid carbide precipitation. Ideal for use in chemical and pharmaceutical applications where durability is critical.
High-Performance Alloys
Requires careful temperature control, but offers high strength and resistance to extreme conditions, making them ideal for applications in nuclear and aerospace sectors.
Aluminum Alloys
Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, with excellent workability, particularly in thinner gauges. Commonly used in aerospace, automotive, and marine industries, with special attention needed for heat control to avoid oxidation.
Inconel
Strong, heat-resistant alloys that require specialized processes like TIG welding with high heat input, used in extreme temperature environments such as gas turbines and power plants.
Titanium Alloys
Known for strength and light weight, titanium alloys are easily welded with the right preparation. They are widely used in aerospace and medical applications due to their corrosion resistance.
Nickel Alloys
Excellent for extreme conditions, with high resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. Often requires preheating and controlled welding parameters to ensure integrity in power generation and chemical industries.
and thanks to ongoing professional technical training, such as obtaining the IWS ( International Welding Specialist ) qualification recognised by an accredited National certified body, assistance can be provided as an external welding coordinator, as required by the various applicable regulations and governed by the tasks and responsibilities of the European regulation UNI EN ISO 14731.
